Welcome to the website of the Blackpool Chess Conference - the largest weekend chess tournament in Britain. The event is run under the auspices of the Lancashire Chess Association and takes place every year in March.

Congress Director Simon Woodcock advises that all cheques not collected at the prizegiving have now been posted. If yours does not arrive shortly, then please get in touch.

Provisional dates for subsequent Blackpool Chess Conferences are as follows:
